An optometrist (OD, MSc, FAAO, FCCSO, FOVDRA, AAO Dipl) based in Oakville, Canada, specializing in NeuroVision, vision therapy, and pediatric optometry at the Oakville Centre for Vision. He has been in practice since 1995 and focuses on neuro-optics, binocular vision, and rehabilitation.
With more than 25 years of clinical experience, he focuses on pediatric optometry and NeuroVision care, helping patients live better.
Dr. Gall is also a published author, educator, and speaker who is known for combining research, technology, and compassionate care to better understand and strengthen the eye–brain connection.
He graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 1977 and has over 40 years of experience, specializing in internal medicine, hypertension, and diabetes.

A leading pediatric and neuro-optometrist based in Illinois, renowned for specializing in neuro-optometry, vision therapy, and brain injury rehabilitation. She founded the Brain Vision Institute in 2012, developing the "CogniViiSION" protocol to treat visual processing issues.
